If you are not 100% satisfied within the first year of the installation of your new equipment or your equipment has experienced three major malfunctions (major component failures) we will cheerfully do whatever it takes to correct the issue and make it right. If for some reason this cannot be achieved, we will remove the equipment and refund your complete investment and give you $100 for your troubles.
Unfortunately sometimes manufacture supplied equipment is not always 100% perfect every single time. With the installation of any of our heating, air conditioning and plumbing products we offer the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
In the case where we provided troubleshooting assistance and we are unable to provide satisfaction, we will fully refund the service diagnostic charge.
